The Worship Planner dialog, available when you select the Worship Planner item on the Tools Menu , allows you to define worship events, the elements that will go into the event, and the groups or individuals who will be leading in the worship event.

Once the information has been entered, you can print worship flow sheets which provide the participants with more information than is found in a bulletin or other printed program, personnel sheets, and more.

Here is the general sequence you would follow:

•Create a worship event entry using the Worship Events tab page.

•Define any groups (musical, drama, deacons, etc) who will participate on the Worship Groups tab page.

•Enter each element that will be a part of the worship event using the Worship Elements tab page.

•Print flow sheets and personnel lists using the Print tab page.
