This output form, selected on the Output Forms combo on the Print Reports page of Christian Learning prints envelopes of names based on the combination of fields you select about a specific learning experience’s topics.

Use the same selection procedure for this output form that is used in the List Names by Experience Output Form.

The envelopes that are printed here use the same Envelope Definitions that are used elsewhere in CMD. If you wish to change them, click the Define Envelopes button that becomes visible when this output form is chosen.

The Print Return Address check box reflects the status of this item as currently saved in your CMD’s Envelope Definitions, but can be overridden here as needed by checking or unchecking this box.

If you can feed envelopes to your printer continuously, make sure the Continuous Envelopes box is checked. Uncheck this box if you must feed your envelopes one at a time.Any text in the Page Headline field will be printed as the first line of the address portion of the envelope.
