Preferences Menu > Envelope Preferences

Select Envelope Preferences on the Preferences Menu to set the parameters necessary to print envelopes on your printer. Here are the parameters you may set:

•Envelope Feed Position. Select Left, Center, or Right, depending on where your printer feeds envelopes. Whenever an option is selected, the default position values are automatically placed in the Return Address Position and the Delivery Address Position.

Note that the envelope position measurements are relative in position to the top and left edge of a full sheet of paper.

•Print Orientation. Select either Portrait or Landscape.

•Print Return Address. When you actually begin to print envelopes, you'll be given a chance to override this setting. Set here what you generally will need to do.

•Return Address Position. You can adjust as needed the measurements where from the top and left edges of a full sheet of paper that printing of the return address on an envelope should begin. Note that you can also select a specific font and size for the return address.

•Delivery Address Position. You can adjust as needed the measurements where from the top and left edges of a full sheet of paper that printing of the delivery address on an envelope should begin. Note that you can also select a specific font and size for the delivery address.

•Click Get Defaults to reset the Envelope parameters to their original values

•Print Test Envelope. Click this button to print a test envelope based on the values you've entered here.
