This output form, selected on the Output Forms combo on the Print Reports page of Christian Learning prints labels of names based on the combination of fields you select about a specific learning experience’s topics.

Use the same selection procedure for this output form that is used in the List Names by Experience output form.

Select the label type before you begin printing by selecting one of the choices made available when you pick this output form.

Bar codes are not printed here, but any text in the Page Headline field will be printed as the first line in the label.
