This output form, selected on the Output Forms combo on the Print Reports page of Christian Learning prints a list of names based on the combination of fields you select about a specific learning experience’s topics.

The ability to base the list on the fields you indicate allows this feature to produce a wide array of lists.

Follow these steps to create your report:

•Select List Names by Experience on the Output Forms combo.

•Select the Learning Experience.

•If you wish, click the Include Comments/Notes check box.

•If you wish to print your list showing all the names who have an association with the learning experience, you do not need to select any other fields in the Select Fields group box.

•If you wish to narrow your selection to all names associated with a specific topic within the Learning Experience that you’ve selected, select the topic from the appropriate drop down list in the Select Fields group box.

If you wish to further narrow your selection to all names associated with a specific teacher, enter the teacher’s name in the Teacher edit box.

•The same holds true for both Date and Response.

•Remember that you can specify any combination of any of these fields once you’ve selected an experience.

A little experimentation will help you see how this output form works. Because you can select any fields that you wish, your report can be very specific to date, response, teacher, topic, or any combination of these items.
