If you wish to print Rotary-style cards of families in your file, follow these steps:

•Select the group of names for which to print rolodex cards using the options available on the Selection page of Print Names in File.

•Select Rotary Cards on the Output Forms menu.

•Select the rotary card type from the choices provided.Note that rolodex cards print family information, so if any one member of the family matches the criteria that you specified on the Selection page, then that family will be included in the rotary printing.

Virtually all of the choices about this form are made for you, however, the following choices do affect the look of the cards:

 Name Formality        

 Case Status

 Area Codes
