The Name Formality combo on the Print Control page of the Print Names dialog allows you to override the selections that are saved for the various output forms in the Name Formality page on the General Preferences dialog.

When you select an output form, the Name Formality currently saved for that output form will become the choice on the Name Formality combo. To override it, simply select the other option.Formal Name includes First Name, Last Name, and optionally, Middle Name and Suffix.Informal name includes only Goes By and Last Name fields.
