The Family Visitation Cards Output Form may be selected on the Print Control page of the Print Names dialog. This Output Form prints the name of the husband, wife, single person, or partners, along with any dependents in the same family. Also included are anniversary and birth dates, home phone number, work phone numbers, and home address. Two family cards are printed per page, and print is aligned to fit the standard postcard stock to which CMD prints.

Note that if a family has too many dependents, printing may run on to the next family.

Postcard Stock

CMD's postcards are formatted to fit Avery #5389 stock. However, you can use any type of stock - paper or card stock - on which to print postcards.

If you elect to use plain stock instead of the Avery stock which is perforated along the boundaries of the 4 x 6 postcards, you can simply use your paper cutter to cut away the side, and top & bottom edges, and then cut the cards in half. You'll end up with the same thing but at a much lower price.
