Visitation Reports

To print various visitation reports, select the Visitation Reports item on the Output Forms combo box on the Print Control page of the Print Names dialog.
There are two boxes from which you should select setup items for visitation reports. First, you should select the report type, and then select the group of names for which the reports should be printed.
While the latter choice does not take the place of selecting the appropriate group of names overall to be printed on the Selection page of the Print Names dialog, it does further limit the names to the specific choices offered in the second box. So first be sure to pick the overall group of names on the Selection page, then refine the list with the choices by selecting the option that you need in the Names to Include in Report box.
The visitation report forms are:
•Visitation Cards. This option prints much of the information you have about a person on 4 x 6 postcard sheets (see the help topic for Postcards for the proper form size) that can serve as visitation cards that can be easily carried by a visitor as they are making a home visit.
•Visitation Roster. An excellent tool for an on-going visitation program. This form shows name, address, city, map coordinate, the date of their last visit, and a blank to write in the date a visit occurred. Set the Sort Order to Date if you want the list to be printed in the order of the date of Last Visit. This will let you easily see the list of names who have not been visited (they will come out first), and then the list of people who have a visit date record in ascending order so that you can see first up who hasn't received a visit in the longest amount of time.
•Visitation Log. This form prints a name and the details of the last visit a person received which includes visit date, the visitor, and the comments recorded about a person.
•Visitation History. This form prints a name along with the details for all of the visits recorded about them.
