If you wish to substitute information saved in a family's Label Text field in the Family Data area of the Enter/Modify/Delete dialog for the person's name, check the Use Label Field Info if Available check box on the Print Control page of the Print Names dialog.

This setting is global, meaning that if you select it, all names which have something in their label text field will be printed with this information.
