When selecting Membership Status, SS Class/Division, Church Offices, Talents, Activities, User 1, and User 2 menu fields on the Selection page of the Print Names dialog, a dialog will appear which will allow you to select which menu items you wish to use for the criteria.

There may be up to 300 menu choices defined for the menu from which you are selecting, and you may select any number of them as the criteria for the list.

To make selections, click the check box for as many items you wish to include in the selection criteria.

Note that the program evaluates the items you select in the following manner: If a name matches any one of the items that you select from a given menu field, then the name will be included in the report. The name need not match all of the items. One match is sufficient to have it be included in the report.
