The Prayer List Grid form may be called up from the Prayer List dialog, or from the SnapShot dialog.

If it is called from the Prayer List dialog, the names shown are those based on the print selection items and the sort order selected.

If it is called from the SnapShot dialog, it displays all the names that are current prayer list names based on the List Until field in the Prayer List data file.

Sort Orders

You can click the headers for the Name, Date Added, and List Until fields and the list will be resorted into that order. Both date fields can be sorted into ascending or descending order. Simply click the Date Added or List Until fields twice if you want to change from one to the other.
