To print a list of names based on their area code or exchange (first three numbers of a phone number), click either the Area Code or Exchange (or both) check boxes.

In order to be able to check either of these options, you first must have clicked the Field-based Selections button in the First Step Selection box in the upper left corner of the Selection page of the Print Names dialog.

After clicking Area Code and/or Exchange, enter the 3 digit number for which to search, and then check the phone numbers to be searched for a match. Names whose selected phone numbers match the Area Code and/or Exchange you specified will be included in the list.
