Tools Menu > Organizations > Organization Comments

Comments for organizations are entered and viewed on the Comments tab page of the Organizations dialog.

The comments that are visible correspond to the organization that is currently being displayed on the Enter/Modify/Delete Comments tab page.

However, you can use the Navigator bar, Find Organization, and Find Contact buttons to move around in the list of organizations directly from this tab page.
