This dialog appears in various places in CMD when envelopes are to be printed.

You may select from among several options to facilitate the printing:

•Return Address Override. You can elect on the spot whether or not to print a return address.

•Single Feed/Continuous. If your printer can hold many envelopes at one time, you can select Continuous. If you need to feed them one at a time, select Single Feed.

If you select Single Feed, a prompt will appear for every name to be printed to ask if you wish to print an envelope for that name or organization.

•Define Envelope Preferences. Click this button to get the Envelope Definition dialog.
