The Enter/Modify/Delete Names Preferences dialog, available as an option on Utilities/Preferences drop-down list located in the lower-left corner of the Enter/Modify/Delete Names dialog. These preferences allow you to set a number of defaults that impact the entry of data for your specific machine. By contrast, the Global Preferences are designed to impact all users.
