A single button on the Interest File dialog gives you direct access to view or enter visitation information about an interest, view their attendance records, and to alter any of the preferences for this dialog.

When you click this button, you will first select the item you wish to use, and then the selected function will appear on your screen.

When you select Preferences, a second menu of choices will be presented so that you can select which one you wish to alter.
