Use Titles (Print Names)

The Use Titles check box item on the Print Control page of the Print Names dialog allows you to determine if titles will be printed along with names included in a report (provided a title has been entered and saved for your names).
To print your list with Titles, click on the words Use Titles or its check box, or press the Space Bar when the item has focus.
This parameter works in conjunction with the Include Spouse check box. If you elect to Use Titles and Include Spouse, then your names will be addressed like this:
Mr. & Mrs. John Smith
Drs Jim & Joan Ark
However, if either the name which fits the criteria for being included in the list or the Spouse does not have a title in their name, titles for both names will be dropped. In that case, the above names would be printed as...
John & June Smith
Jim & Joan Ark
