CMD Utility Programs > CMD Tools > Uninstall Server Software

Normally you should use CMD Tools to start and stop the CMD Server software and the CMD Web Server software. There might be times it will stubbornly not want to stop or uninstall properly.

Following is a command line you can try to remove it if all else fails:

sc delete edbsrvr.exe (followed by RETURN)

If you are still unsuccessful in uninstalling the server, make one more check before contacting us. Check to see if server software is perhaps also running as a program. You can tell if this is true from the screen grabs in the material above. If you discover it is running as a program as well as a service, stop its running as a program first, then retry the uninstall procedures listed above.
