Print Return Address Labels Utility
<< Click to Display Table of Contents >> Navigation: Utilities Menu > Print Return Address Labels Utility |
If you need to print sheets of return address labels, select the Print Return Address Labels option on the Tools Menu. You will see all the same options for label types, label offsets, printer, and fonts that you use for printing labels in Print Names.
You can print return labels from 3 sources:
•Return Addresses defined in your CMD. Click the Return Address radio button and select the return address you wish to print from the drop-down list.
•Name from CMD File. Click the Name from File radio button, then click the Get Name button to search for any name in your CMD data file. If you wish to use the Residence Address, uncheck the Use Mailing Address if Available check box. Otherwise, the Mailing Address will be used if one’s available.
Note that you may edit the name and address in the memo area once the name has been selected.
•Free entry. Click the Name from File radio button (so the utility will know to use the information in the memo area for the label) and then type in the information you want to have included in the label.
Note also that there is no Abort Printing button since this report is sent so quickly to your printer. Use Windows Print Manager to abort printing if needed.
