To print reservations, either as finished forms or blank forms, a list of reservations, or forms about the places themselves, click the Print tab page on the Schedule Places dialog.

Forms Options

•Finished Reservation Form. The reservation currently selected on the grid in the View Reservations List tab page will be printed when this item is selected. Basic information about the currently selected reservation is displayed in bold type just to the right of the Finished Reservation Form radio button for confirmation. If the displayed reservation is not the one you wish to print, click the View Reservations List tab page, click on the reservation you wish to print, then return to the Print tab page.

•Reservation Request Form. Use this form when you want to print out an application form that can be used when a room is requested for reservation.

•List of Reservations. When this item is clicked, the Room, Group, and Date range edit boxes are enabled. Use any or all of these edit boxes to create the criteria for your list.

For example, if you wish to show a listing of all Youth Room reservations, select Youth Room from the Room list. If you wish to view reservations for the Youth Room within a range of dates, enter the beginning and ending dates in the date fields. If you wish to view a list of groups who make reservations, just select an item from the Group list or type it in. Just remember that you can use these edit boxes in combination or individually as desired.

The actual list that is printed is a condensed variation of the Finished Reservation Form.

•List of Places. Select this item if you wish to print hard copy information about the places you've defined. The list will show all currently defined places so that potential renters can review what's available, as well as providing you confirmation that the details about each defined place are correct.

Printer Controls

Click Begin Printing when you are finished making all your selections to print the form.
