Your CMD system can, at your option, be protected by passwords. Passwords are set by selecting the User Administration option on the Preferences Menu. The User Administration dialog can only be accessed by administrative group users. Passwords can be defined or updated there for any user.

Users may also update their own passwords by using the Update Passwords dialog on the Preferences Menu.
