Occasionally you may encounter an error message during the operation of CMD. Our goal is always to trap potential problems internally so that you won't see an error message. But there are some that will always sneak through - either because we cannot predict them, or because we are not able to trap for them for one reason or another.

If you get an error message during normal operation, please contact us right away and let us know what the issue is. We may ask that you backup and send us a copy of your data via e-mail so that we can see it for ourselves. We can fix most any problem we can duplicate.
