Clerk/Archive > Deleted Names File > Deleted Names dialog

The grid on the Deleted Names dialog, which is accessible when you select the Deleted Names File item on the Clerk Menu, displays the Last Name, First Name, Goes By, Envelop Number, and Date Deleted fields.

There's also a group box to the right of the grid which displays additional information that would not fit on the grid without requiring you to scroll back and forth, so these secondary items are displayed there. The information in this box will change to reflect the name currently selected in the grid.

You can change the sort order of the grid by clicking the Last Name header button, the Env Num header button, or the Date Deleted header button.

Generally, this dialog will be used in conjunction with getting help from Software for Ministry.
