The Clerk Reports option on the Clerk Menu provides the means to print reports of members who join, leave, and change their addresses during any time period you specify. These reports are useful for church board, general church, and also for denominational reporting.In addition to printing a complete report, you can print separate reports of those who join, leave, or for address changes.

The Address Changes option on the Clerk Menu allows you to scan, or delete names from the file that records address changes.

The Archive File option on the Clerk Menu allows you to scan, update, print, or delete members who were deleted from your list because of death, move aways, transfers, etc.

The Deleted Names File option on the Clerk Menu displays a grid of names who were deleted from your CMD file, whether they were members or not. This function was put into service with CMD 2011.1, so only names deleted after this release will appear on this dialog.
