Contributions Management > Enter/Modify/Delete Contributions

In addition to Pledges, you can set 3 preferences for each individual that affect contributions. The Contributions Preferences choices are located under the Names List in the left most area of the Enter/Modify/Delete Contributions dialog. The available options are:

•Regular Contributor. This item allows you to designate on a name-by-name basis those people who are to be considered regular contributors. This enables CMD to print a Regular Contributors List, as well as provide the means to print statements even for those who have not contributed during your specified current period. Click directly on this item to select or de-select it.

There is a means to do a quick setup for this field either by right clicking your mouse pointer directly on the check box or by selecting the Setup Regular Contributors item on the Contributions Utilities menu.

•Envelope Number. This item stores as a numeric value the envelope number for the individual or family. The default value is -1.

•Address To. Use this field to tell the program whether to label and address statements or reports in the name of the individual only, the individual's family, or husband and wife.

•Pledges. Click the Set Pledges button to access pledges.

Contributions preferences are set for each individual. Unlike CMD's general preferences, which affect everyone, these affect only each individual. Set them as needed for each individual case.
