To enter, modify, or view comments about a name, click the Comments button in the lower right corner of the Enter/Modify/Delete Names dialog. comments dialog.

When the Comments dialog appears, you can enter up to 64K of comments.

If you do not click the button to save the comments on the small navigator bar provided, you will be prompted when you exit to make you wish to save the information you've entered.
