Following is the list of changes, fixes, and new features in CMD 2010.3:
•Added a new choice to the Pledgers List dialog that allows you to print a comparative list of pledges between any two pledge years that you select. You will also select a specific Pledge Account for the basis of the list.
•Added Affiliation to the Add Names to a Menu Field so as to make additions to the Affiliation field much faster and more efficient if you have a large number of names to place in a choice on the Affiliation field.
•Added a new twist to the Delete Names function. In response to some user concerns about the limitation of users who do not have access to contributions to make deletions, I have modified the deletion process so that if you do not have access to contributions, you may proceed with the deletion anyway. However, there is a warning dialog that pops up the first time you do this to let you know that we are not obligated to provide free support help if you need to hook back up names that you delete with their contributions after you've made such a deletion. I plan a more sophisticated alternative for CMD 2011, but wanted to get this out as an interim improvement before then.
•Not a new feature as such, but I replaced an old one that I had taken out earlier this year. At the request of several users, I have put the OK field that sits just to the right of the E-Mail field back into force. This field determines whether or not an e-mail may be used in bulk e-mail messages you send out.
•There was a small list of bugs that have been fixed in 2010.3:
•Other phone carried over information from one family to the next.
•Got rid of the Index Error message that appeared if you went to the Sent E-Mails list. However, there is still a fix that needs to be implemented on this dialog, but that will have to wait until 2011. When you click on the Sender column of the header bar that displays the messages that have been sent, you'll notice that it orders the list in reverse alpha order rather than normal alpha order.
•Fixed the wide-screen picture proportion and position when first adding a family picture.
•Fixed the picture not clearing out when you click the Clear button when viewing the Family Picture using the Show Family Picture dialog.
