You may select from among 4 output forms for printing Clerk Reports:
•Basic Report. The components of this report which will actually be included when printed are determined by the choices you checked in the Reports to Print group.
Basic Incoming Report includes name, address, birth & joining dates, and the information recorded in each name's Joining Method & Specifics fields.
Basic Outgoing Report includes name, address, birth & removal dates, and whey they left as defined by the Archive Leave Reason menu.
Basic Address Change Report includes name and current address and the old address.
•Abbreviated Report. This report provides information similar to the Basic Incoming/Outgoing reports above except that the address is not included. The Address Change Report is, however, identical to the Basic Address Change Report.
•Denominational Report. This report provides a slightly different layout, and is printed in landscape orientation. The items in the Reports to Print box are disabled when this output form is selected since all the components of this report are integral to the denominational report.
•Incoming Name Preview. Use this report, which prints only name, Joining Date, and the Joining Method/Specifics fields, when you need to scan your list to make sure there are no obvious mistakes in the Joining Date or other Joining fields since both impact the accuracy of your reports.If your church needs to use a different sort of denominational report form for required regular reports, please send us a copy of your report form and we will endeavor to add that form to our list of options.
