Utilities Menu > Area Code Convert

The Area Code Convert option on the Utilities Menu allows you to convert the area code for a whole group of families and individuals at one time.

There are three fields provided:

•City. This optional field allows you to narrow the scope of names included in the conversion. It may be true that only certain residents in a county or area are to be converted but not all of them. Entering a city here will limit the conversions to those in that city with the current area code.

•Current Area Code. This is the code that the program will be looking to change. If it finds one, it will convert it to the new area code.

•New Area Code. This is the code that the current code will be changed to.

Click the Do Conversion button when you have entered the needed information in the fields mentioned above and are ready to convert the area codes.
