The Address Priority combo on the Print Control page of the Print Names dialog allows you to override the normal addresses that are printed to the listed address.

Normally, reports such as mailing labels, envelopes, & postcards will print the mailing address if there is a separate one entered for a name.

Other lists generally use the residence address.

The Address Priority options let you select a specific address to be printed if it's available regardless of the output form selected. If the selected address is not available, the residence address will be printed.
