When you have finished fixing all the differences you can identify between your eAdventist and CMD data, click the Print Changes for eAdventist button on the eAdventist Reconciliation dialog. This will print a list of all the names you have marked in the Fix Differences dialog so that you can easily make the changes to your eAdventist data that were inaccurate.
