Use this field to enter any suffix that is needed for a name. For example, you may need to enter Jr., Esq, Ph.D or something similar. You may enter up to 6 characters for the suffix. Do not enter any blank characters either before or after the suffix.

Generally suffix information is not printed on labels, envelopes, and other forms in CMD. However, they are available if desired when you print a formal church directory.
