To see all accounts that have received donations, select the Scan for Accounts Used option on the Contributions Utilities Menu. Your contributions data files will be scanned as the dialog appears, and the list of all accounts that have received a donation will be displayed in the list box.
You may elect to print the list of accounts, print a list of names who have given to the selected account within a date range that you specify, or you can change an account name to another one for every name in the file by entering it in the box provided and clicking the Rename Account button.
