To Print a List of Envelope Numbers, click the Print Envelope Numbers item on the Contributions Menu.

Only those names with an envelope number will be displayed in the grid. You can sort the list either by record number or alphabetically by last name. Click Print List if you wish to send the list to your printer.

You may also select either a plain-paper listing of the name and envelope number information, or you can select Labels. The labels used in this form are standard 3-up laser/inkjet type labels. These are designed to be placed directly on envelopes.
