The Menu Scans item on the Utilities Menu allows you to scan your data file to see what menu choices for a given menu have actually been saved for the names in your data file. This will help you see all the menu choices that have been used at least once in your data file. Here is what the dialog will look like with the Talents menu having been scanned from a sample data file:
Each of the items appearing on the list have been saved for a name at least once in the data file.
There are two buttons available for printing. The Print Results List button prints the list of items that appear in the box. The Print Names With Blank button prints a list of names who have a blank stored in the menu field you’ve selected.
