Use the Directory Options dialog to select from several parameters for formats A, B, and C:
•Home Phone Placement. For this current version, this option has been disabled. This used to be needed for some church directory printing companies, but we don't think this is required any more. We are leaving it in place for the time being, so please let us know if you need this functionality.
•Other Phone Numbers to Print. You can optionally select any of these phone numbers to also be printed in your directory.
•Birthdays & Anniversary. Select either of these items to include these dates in Formats A, B, or C. Note that only the month and day is provided when the dates are printed. Click the option to display the dates as Month/Day or Day/Month as desired. Also note that there will be space implications for including these items in your directory. You may need to be prepared to use a smaller font size or few columns in order to fit all in the information in.
•Parish. First check the box to Print Parish if you want this info included in your directory. You can then define a label that can go either before or after the actual Parish field information in your file. There is an example in the screen grab above.
•E-Mail Address. Check this box if you wish to include the e-mail address in your directory.
Note that you may have spacing issues with your directory depending on the options you select and the font family and size you select. You can change the font and font size from the Page Setup dialog.
