Most of the new features in this release are found in the various printed forms throughout the program:
•There are some tweaks and adjustments in the forms in Print Names
•There are a number of updated forms for Contributions, including General System Reports, Deposit Reports, and Statements
•Additional statement forms were created for single and double window envelopes
A lot of time was spent tweaking and refining the flow of data entry for Contributions. It now much more closely matches the Classic version's flow. While there are still a couple of very minor differences, you should be able to seamlessly use either FMX or Classic now and feel as though you are using the same program in terms of its flow.
There were some minor issues with Delete Names, one of which being that when you deleted a name or family the names would still show on the Search tools at the far right edge of the dialog (visible if you have a wide screen monitor). That's been refined and fixed.
Schedule Places is finished and fully implemented in CMD 2017.2 FMX. If you have requests for renting or using spaces in your church or school plant and want a better way to keep track of them, explore this option!
There were a number of small bugs that were fixed as per user reports. None were major and most had a workaround where needed.
•We'll have more of the church directory formats done
•I hope to have both Front Desk and Lookup finished as well
•Training Videos for FMX. I hope to have at least a few of the training videos completed for the FMX version
