Select the Clear Contributions Data option on the Contributions Menu's Utilities options only if you wish to clear all data permanently from the Contributions Data file. This operation is permanent!
Note that you can elect to clear all contributions data in the entire system, or just in a specific range by selecting the appropriate item. Click the Clear Contributions button when you have made your selection.
Clear Other Items
You can also clear other items within your contributions data. Check any of the items in the Clear Other Items area that you want to clear and then click the Clear Selected Items button.
As with the contributions data, once you clear things here, the data's really gone! If you need to get it back, you'll need to resort to a backup.
