If you wish to include either birthdays or anniversaries beside each family member's name, check either (or both) the Birthdays and Anniversaries check boxes.

Dates are always month/day or day/month according to your selection. The year is never printed in the Customized Format.

Birthdays always follow a name in parentheses: John (4/12).

Anniversaries are noted as (A-6/10).

If the Adult parameter in the Names Group places the Family Name on its own line, that line will also show the anniversary date. Otherwise, it follows the birthdate: Smith, John (4/12) & Mary (8/22) (A-6/6)
